Kofi Kingston announced a few weeks ago that he was gearing up for SummerSlam by having new ring attire made for the event, but when Kofi failed to make it on the card, it appears as if he spoke to soon. Jim Ross recently spoke out in a blog regarding a SummerSlam surprise that he had in store for fans. Hollywood celebrities and WWE SummerSlam seem to be a closer match this year as we reported yesterday that actors Freddie Prinze Jr, Michael Clark Duncan, Nancy O’Dell from Access Hollywood and Lemme from Motorhead will all be in attendance for this Sunday night’s event.

In what could be some type of shake-up after SummerSlam, its being reported that several major Raw stars will appear at the Smackdown taping this coming Tuesday following SummerSlam.
