Bobby Roode comes out and says RVD had a chance to beat him in a match he chose, and it is a match that RVD perfected in his career. He says RVD got a hell of a fight from 'Mr. PPV', but he still climbed up and grabbed his title, and he proved everyone wrong again. Roode tells the fans they should chant his name because he is their champion, and he will be the longest reigning champion ever seven days. He says he is going to have a party to commemorate the occasion called "The It Factor's Celebration of Domination", then he calls Hulk Hogan out to the ring. Roode says he is sure Hulk heard the news about his title reign, and he has some demands like having his dressing room redecorated and stocked with champagne. He says he wants a bowl of green M&M's and gold confetti flown in from Canada, but Hulk stops and says he needs to tell him something and takes the list.

Hulk says he has seen alot of great champions, and they had problems in the company but he took the belt and now everyone is after him. Hulk tears up the list and he says Roode might be great, but next week is Open Fight Night and the tag team titles were already defended last month. He says Roode is defending his next week, and he took a poll of people who want a title shot and he calls them all out to the stage. Most of the locker room comes out to the stage and Hulk says they all stepped up for a shot, but he needs to narrow things down to four men. Hulk announces four elimination matches, and he makes the first three featuring RVD/Bully Ray, Jeff Hardy/Ken Anderson, and Kurt Angle/Samoa Joe. Hulk says the final match is going to be a battle royal between everyone else, and he says that's the way it goes so Roode can celebrate but he better fight first.
