Tonight during Monday Night Raw, Sheamus leveled Ricardo Rodriguez with the Brogue Kick following the World Champion's victory over Jack Swagger. Unresponsive to referees, he was helped to the back by "medical professionals".
David Otunga was then revealed as Alberto del Rio's legal counsel, and posted on Tout that they would be pressing charges against Sheamus, and would address the issue further on this Friday's episode of WWE Smackdown!
