Ric FlairThe Latest on Ric Flair Returning to WWE

The Wrestling Observer is maintaining that WWE is holding off on signing Ric Flair until the lawsuit between the company and TNA dies down.

It is believed by many that Flair would be back in the company by now if the lawsuit hadn't happened, and it is still expected that as soon as the lawsuit is settled, Flair will re-sign with WWE.

Flair is one of the primary wrestlers named in the suit by TNA, which alleges that WWE attempted to "steal its talent" by using stolen information provided by Brian Wittenstein.

The tapings also featured appearances by The Prime Time Players and of course Jim Ross. Ross also noted on Twitter that William Regal will return to the tapings next month after missing last night's shows.
