According to a report by Radio and Television Broadcast Report (RBR.com), WWE is looking to make its network a 24 hour, 7 days a week network with constant programming. WWE thinks the network could be purchased in half of America's homes (57 million), and they have various percentages of hardcore, casual, and returning fans who would watch the product.
WWE is using the NFL Network as an example of a dedicated network, with WWE also touting almost 100,000 hours of content to use. The report goes on to say WWE will make their network a paid service if they hope to achieve the level of content. You can view the RBR article at this link.
