Brooke Hogan Claims Dixie Carter Kept Her Contract Secret from Hulk

Brooke Hogan was a guest on Boston 100.3 FM this morning, promoting tonight's Impact Wrestling and her on-screen marriage to TNA wrestler, Bully Ray. She also talked about committing to the wrestling business, putting music on hold and more.

Among the more hard to believe statements Brooke made, was a claim that her father Hulk Hogan had no idea about her debut with TNA, or even that she had signed a contract, until she came out for the very first time. According to her, Dixie Carter gave specific instructions to keep the signing a secret from her father, and booked her without anyone else knowing.

Brooke Hogan made her TNA debut on May 31st of 2012, but the announcement was put up by TNA's website two weeks prior on May 17th. Scott Steiner even spoiled the contract signing a day before, during the height of his back-and-forth with the Hogan family. Considering that Brooke's signing was advertised on TMZ, Fox & Friends, Inside Edition and more, it seems incredibly unlikely that Hulk would go two weeks without finding out.

For what it's worth, Wrestlezone reported in 2012 that Brooke's signing was "completely Dixie Carter's idea", and had nothing to do with Hogan or Bischoff.
