Brooke Hogan Claims Key Person In Hulk Hogan’s Death Has Disappeared

Brooke Hogan has made a series of serious claims regarding the circumstances surrounding the death of her father, WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan, including allegations that a key person present on the day of his passing can no longer be located.

Appearing on The Bubba the Love Sponge Show alongside attorney Jay, Brooke discussed ongoing frustrations surrounding Hogan’s autopsy, death certificate, estate matters, and the handling of information following his July 2025 passing at age 71.

While Hogan’s death was officially ruled natural causes related to a heart attack, Brooke made it clear she still has unanswered questions — and this story is far from getting the Hulkamaniac “all clear.”

Brooke claimed the nurse who was allegedly present when Hogan died has since vanished.

“If you wanted to go and get information on what happened that day or ask the nurse, he’s disappeared,” Brooke said. “He’s scared. You can’t get a hold of him. Nobody can get a hold of this guy that was there.”

Brooke Hogan questions Hulk Hogan autopsy process

Brooke also raised concerns about the handling of Hogan’s autopsy and death certificate. According to her, she still has not received access to the autopsy report and alleged that changes are continuing to be made nearly a year later.

“Why are we making changes to an autopsy after the guy’s been dead for ten, eleven months?” Brooke asked. “If it’s so on the up and up, shut me up. Just show it to me.”

She additionally questioned why Hogan’s private doctor allegedly signed the death certificate instead of the emergency room physician on duty at the time.

Attorney Jay, who described himself as a medical malpractice lawyer with 30 years of experience, said the situation raised concerns from his perspective.

“I’ve never heard of a situation where the doctor whose patient died came in and did the time of death,” Jay stated.

Brooke also discussed stepping away from her role as co-executor of Hogan’s estate and criticized a Netflix documentary about her father, claiming it avoided the more difficult parts of his life story.

Despite the growing controversy, no official evidence has emerged disputing the ruling that Hogan died of natural causes.
