As seen on WWE Raw last night, The Rock interrupted a Rusev and Lana promo, defending the United States. The Rock would go on and attack Rusev, hitting him with some punches that sent Rusev to the outside and retreating to the back.

Although it looks very unlikely of a Rock vs. Rusev match, it could happen by the time WrestleMania 31 comes around. WWE officials did not want The Rock to do any more physical harm onto Rusev, such as The Rock Bottom, as they feared it would have hurt Rusev’s current push.

WWE announced that the attendance last night for WWE Raw in the Barclays Center was 14,777.
