3/16 WWE RAW Viewership: Did Sting Affect the Numbers?

stingThis week’s episode of Monday Night Raw drew an average of 3,919,000 viewers, and a final cable rating of 2.73. The viewership is up only about 1.55% from last week’s show, however the rating was actually down 4.2%.

The first hour drew the worst score with 3,881,000 viewers, rose to 3,961,000 for the second hour, and fell slightly to 3,915,000 for the third and final block.

This is the third week in a row where numbers stayed almost exactly the same, with less than a 2.5% difference since March 2nd. It would appear that the advertised appearance of Sting and the main event of Seth Rollins vs. Randy Orton (which never happened) didn’t have an effect on the viewership, which continues to be the lowest it’s been for many years.
