wrestlemaniaWrestlemania 31 Preshow Change

F4Wonline.com is reporting WWE confirmed the first match on the WrestleMania 31 Kickoff Preshow will start around 3 p.m. PST, which conflicts an earlier report in a stadium press release.

Levi’s Stadium originally issued a release stating Stadium Gates and Media Check-in open at 1:30 p.m., and the show begins at 3:30 p.m. The show start time will likely get bumped back to reflect the official 3 p.m. PST / 6 p.m. EST start time.

It is expected that the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal and the Fatal 4 Way for the WWE Tag Team Titles will fill this second hour on the preshow.

Hideo Itami

As reported earlier, Hideo Itami won the NXT tournament at Wrestlemania Axxess last night, and had a photo taken as he met Hall of Fame inductee Tatsumi Fujinami.

Itami was actually greeted in front of the San Jose crowd by Fujinami and Triple H, and Fujinami raised Itami’s hand in victory. Later, Itami said Fujinami is a Japanese legend and he was honored to meet him. After winning the tournament, Itami said he was not finished, and he is winning the battle royal.
