There are early rumors that WWE may move SummerSlam to a new location next year. Early locations are Las Vegas, or back to Los Angeles, where it was held in the Staples Center for the past six years before going to Brooklyn this year.

As far as going to Las Vegas, it was rumored the brand new MGM Arena in Las Vegas would play host; MGM-AEG (as it’s being called now) is first hosting UFC 200 on July 2, 2016 before it could potentially have Summerslam several weeks later.

Lesnar/Taker

While Undertaker is being positioned as a heel in his feud with Brock Lesnar, it will be interesting to see the type of reaction the crowd has to both men.

Undertaker was getting cheered in Minneapolis this week, Lesnar’s hometown, until Taker actually confronted Lesnar. He was met with boos, and WWE clearly wanted a heel reaction, which is why he hit Brock with a low blow, and he followed with a choke slam and tombstone piledriver. The Brooklyn crowd may have an effect on who ends up getting cheered, as they can be unpredictable in who they cheer or boo.
