TNA Impact Wrestling Results (10/7) – TNA World Title Series Begins, Matt Hardy Responds To EC3’s Injuction

Matt Hardy Interview: 

Hardy said that Bound for Glory was a dream come true. Hardy talks about his family coming into the ring. Hardy brings up EC3’s injuction. Hardy said that Carter is holding TNA hostage. Borash brings up that next week Hardy will be part of the TNA World Title Series. Hardy says that he’s going to do everything he can to get his title back.  

Sixth Match: Group Champion’s Mr. Anderson vs. Bobby Lashley in a TNA World Title Series Match 

Anderson and Lashley lock up. Lashley grapples around Anderson. Lashley with a belly to belly suplex. Anderson with a forearm to Lashley. Lashley with a delayed back suplex to Anderson. Anderson with a boot the face. Lashley runs towards Anderson and Anderson ducks out of the way which leads to Lashley going shoulder first to the ring post. Anderson works on Lashley shoulder. Anderson with a shoulder tackle. Anderson with a dropkick for a two count. Anderson with a arm lock. Anderson with a boot to Lashley. Lashley regains momentum with running shoulder tackles. Lashley with a spinebuster to Anderson. Anderson with three rolling hill slams to Lashley and Lashley kicks out at two. Lashley with a spear to pickup the victory.

Winner: Bobby Lashley + 3 Points
