According to the Observer, WWE.com tried to turn this into a feud, but was still not happy about Lana inferring Paige was a bully. It was reported that another WWE talent replied and knocked Lana, but WWE had that person remove the content.
Summer Rae ended up commenting on the incident, and her tweets, which are still active on her account, talked about the dangers of falsely accusing someone of bullying and how damaging it could be. The Observer noted that they were told Paige being a bully was a ridiculous claim anyway, since she was one person picked on the most while in NXT.
