WWE veteran Natalya recently made a surprising statement about NXT star Jaida Parker. According to Natalya, Parker hits harder than any woman she has faced during her WWE career.
The comments came after their hard-hitting match on this week’s edition of NXT. The rivalry between the two stars had been building for several weeks before finally exploding inside the ring.
The match earned praise from fans for its intensity and hard-hitting action. In the end, Natalya picked up the victory after locking in her signature Sharpshooter. Parker was forced to tap out, but Natalya came away highly impressed with her opponent.
Natalya praised Jaida Parker after WWE NXT match
Speaking on Busted Open Radio, Natalya made a huge claim about Parker’s striking ability. She said, “I don’t think anybody’s ever, in my 19-plus years in WWE, I don’t think there’s ever been another woman who’s hit me as hard as Jaida Parker did tonight. And I have wrestled nearly 80 women, including Charlotte Flair, who that b*tch hits hard.
Bully Ray highlighted the match’s physicality and asked Natalya if Jaida Parker had hit her harder than any woman she had faced in WWE. Natalya agreed and said the experience was unlike anything she had felt before.
She said, “Never. And I can’t tell you what a visceral experience it was for me. Like, I just, I needed that more than anything in the world. Like, Natty, Natty needs that energy to breathe. I was starving. I was starving. And tonight was exactly what I needed.”
She also admitted she would have preferred Parker to pass out rather than tap out.
“I mean, I would have preferred her not to tap out. I would have rather seen her pass out. Like, to me, like, she’s, I feel like she’s still having a bit of a pity party. But, but, but I can’t recall anybody ever hitting me that hard, ever. Ever, and, like, I feel like she almost, like, broke my jaw.”
