Steve Austin

Stone Cold Steve Austin recently visited bodybuilding legend and fellow pro wrestler and wrestling school teacher Ric Drasin in the hospital. Drasin was also one of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s bodybuilding training partners. Drasin spoke with Chris Yandek of CYInterview.com about  Austin visiting him in the hospital, and said:
“He [Steve Austin] had called me. He said, ‘A friend of mine said you were in the hospital sick.’ I said, ‘Yeah. You want to come over.’ He said, ‘I’ll be over there tomorrow.’ Sure enough right on time he came, sat with me for quite a while. Then he’s checked on me three times since. He’s just a good guy, just a really good guy. Made me feel really nice he showed up.”

TNA Knockouts

TNA Knockout Allie (Cherry Bomb) won a 5-Way Knockouts Championship match on Impact Wrestling tonight to win the TNA Knockouts Championship.

Allie defeated Sienna, Jade, Madison Rayne and Marti Belle for the title; the closing moments of the match (seen below) saw Marti hit Allie with a baton. Allie was then inadvertently knocked down onto Madison to make the cover while Jade dropkicked Marti out of the ring as it was happening. This is Allie’s first Knockouts Championship win.
