My latest column for upgrūv.com and their app is a mail bag of WWE related questions. Here’s an excerpt:

Taking the best questions sent to me via Twitter and giving you the reality. After all, I’m a man of the people.

Kurt Angle will be on WWE television in 2017. The video game cover featuring a legendary name, usually one we haven't seen in a while, is becoming an exciting fall tradition. Angle is one of the a very few names left to insert and tout the fantasy warfare thrill of playing as him in the game. As said about many other legends in recent years, we can say the same for Kurt: "it's time for him to come home." Kurt Angle needs it. Been with TNA for over a decade. There, his in-ring work matched his expectations, but his exposure was not maximized. It's not fair to say his talents were wasted, but there is a new generation of wrestling fans (and it grows with each passing week) that hasn't been exposed to his body of work. That is unfortunate. If nothing else, a WWE homecoming could drive those in that generation to the Newtork archival of Angle's prime with the company.
All wrestling fans shouldn't need to be, but may require to be reminded that when at his best, Angle reached a level untouchable by anyone else. Appearing on WWE programming or video games is one thing. Whether he can wrestle for WWE is what we ultimately want to see. But we'll have to wait. Angle remains a freak of nature and one of the most athletic performers ever to step inside a wrestling ring. The biggest question would be about his health and where it falls in line with WWE's medical protocol.
