Backstage News on Mickie James’ New WWE Deal
As noted, former WWE Women’s Champion Mickie James will be returning to the company on the Smackdown brand as she recently signed a new full-time WWE deal. According to PWInsider.com, the new deal signed by James is for 3 years.
Technical Issues with Nakamura vs Joe Cage Match
As noted, Shinsuke Nakamura vs Samoa Joe in a Steel Cage match for the WWE NXT Title took place at today’s NXT live event in Melbourne, Australia, and the match will be shown on a future edition of NXT on the WWE Network.
As seen in the photos below, apparently there were some technical issues with the cage being lowered for the bout, which drew some “Botchamania” chants from the live crowd:

WWE Doc Almost Finished
James Delow tweeted the following today noting a recently filmed documentary on the WWE Women’s Revolution is nearly complete:
