Isenberg Reacts: WWE Smackdown “Dean Ambrose Is Not Stone Cold”

wwe smackdown Nothing needs to be said here that was not already said in the Raw Reaction. But, I will do it anyways.

Dean Ambrose is coming off a 2+ month feud with Seth Rollins. You know, that guy who holds the WWE World Heavyweight Championship? For the past 3 weeks, he has been placed in absolutely meaningless matches. Two shows in a row, he faces off against Bo FREAKING Dallas. Everyone loves comparisons. Ambrose = Austin.

Give me a break. When did Stone Cold, after a consistent main event push, face a guy in a low profile match? Dean Ambrose, not to his fault completely, is getting a really crap deal. He is getting nothing creative right now, after a hot 2 months where they relied heavily on him. I really am shocked to see what they have done with him since Money in the Bank. SHOCKED.

Rusev defeated Fandango

Rusev returns to action with a squash of Fandango. With the “injury” to Dolph Ziggler, I feel like they are prolonging this until a match at SummerSlam. Beware, because this is going to be the norm for Rusev in the next month. To take steps forward, you might have to take a few back. I just think Rusev fell quickly when Lana was gone and now Summer Rae is an emergency situation. I like it, but it smells like desperation. (Rating for the segment, not the potential)

Aside from working with WrestleZone, Isenberg began his career in Broadcast Journalism interning at ESPN and worked with CBS Radio for three years. He has also had the opportunity to interview some of the best athletes and performers alive, including Andrew McCutchen, Ben Roethlisberger, Chris Jericho, Billy Gunn, Karl Anderson, Matt Hardy, Steven Strasburg and others.

Currently, Josh Isenberg works for Major League Baseball in their Advanced Media Productions. He grew up in Pittsburgh and went to Point Park University, which is where Chair Shot Reality is filmed each week.

His life outside of his obsession with wrestling include being a savant for Seinfeld, NFL, NBA, MLB and many television shows. He also has an undying love for musicals, which includes many shows he was a part of in high school. Some of his favorite wrestling moments can be linked to such superstars as Edge, The Rock, Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels and The Great Khali.
