WWE.com has released the following Quick Hits for tonight’s episode of NXT:

WWE’s full NXT preview can be found HERE. We have included some excerpts below:

Nikki Cross vs Candice LeRae

The black-and-gold brand hasn’t been the same since Nikki Cross uttered the words “I know who attacked Aleister Black.” That shocking revelation has since reshaped NXT, exposing a dark side of former golden boy Johnny Gargano and producing his bullish clash with Black at NXT TakeOver: WarGames II. The remnants of Cross’ disclosure may have also impacted the headspace of Candice LeRae, who has made no secret of her disdain for NXT’s Twisted Sister. What form of ramification does LeRae have planned when she steps inside the yellow ropes to “play?”

As made clear time and time again, Cross loves her “playtime.” In fact, she showcased just that in a chaotic matchup against SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch during SmackDown LIVE in England a few weeks back. But playtime could be over, as LeRae appears tired of Cross’ twisted mind games. In the battle between the enraged and unhinged, which Superstar will settle the storm with a victory?

What’s next on the menu for Lars Sullivan?

Lars Sullivan is NXT’s walking nightmare. In his last fight – or fright, rather – The Freak went all-out to destroy Velveteen Dream just 10 days before the latter’s NXT Title Match against Tommaso Ciampa at TakeOver: WarGames II. This week, The Rocky Mountain Monster will go uncaged, once again, in front of the NXT faithful inside Los Angeles’ STAPLES Center.

Judging by the vignette shown during Survivor Series, The Freak appears to be broadening his horizons beyond NXT. Yet, Sullivan’s appetite for destruction in the black-and-gold brand remains insatiable. Who’s next on his menu?
