Trish Stratus Says Victoria Deserves To Be Inducted Into The WWE Hall Of Fame

Trish Stratus wants Victoria in the WWE Hall of Fame.

A number of women’s wrestling pioneers like Lita, Molly Holly, and Ivory have cemented their legacies as WWE Hall of Famers. Even still, there are several names that have not had the honor of being inducted just yet. During a recent interview with Justin Dhillon of Casual Conversations with The ClassicTrish Stratus detailed who should be inducted next.

“The aforementioned Mickie James, that’s for sure. I’d like to see Victoria [in the WWE Hall of Fame] soon would be great,” Stratus said. “I think she’s well deserving. I think she’s underrated. I do so many interviews, and people ask me about different feud and different rivalries. I feel like when we were [active], women’s wrestling was just turning the corner as far as being taken serious. Those matches with her that people were like, ‘Oh, this actually legit, and this is a viable part of the entire show.’ So, yeah, Victoria for the Hall of Fame.”

After becoming a two-time WWE Women’s Champion, Victoria left WWE in 2009 but returned for one night only in the 2021 women’s Royal Rumble match. As of late, she made a brief return to IMPACT Wrestling as Tara in an attempt to challenge for the Knockouts World Tag Team Championship alongside Gisele Shaw.

WWE has yet to announce any inductees for this year’s Hall of Fame ceremony, which will be held on Friday, March 31, in Los Angeles during WrestleMania weekend.
