Brian Cage has shared photos from his recent surgery, and it’s about as graphic as it gets.
The former ROH World Television Champion shared his recovery update with a couple of (graphic-plus-workout) photos on X/Twitter and Instagram.
Warning: one of the photos is graphic –

“First pic, one week ago, 2nd 2, 6 days later, last one is today. Can’t hold me down. A mother f’n damn real machine,” read the caption on Twitter.
“Already back killing it in gym 6 days after(yesterday from day of post),” Cage wrote on Instagram. “Machine isn’t just a fancy name to sell T-shirts, it’s the embodiment of what I do and whatever it takes mentality to make shit happen. That’s really how I get my shit in.”
Brian Cage has been out of action ever since he suffered a knee injury in the lead-up to AEW Dynasty. The setback reportedly forced Cage and his tag team, partner Lance Archer, to pull out of a tag team title match at the pay-per-view.
Cage’s rehab seems to be going well based on the fact he’s already back in gym post-surgery. That’s some machine mentality (excuse the pun) right there. Let’s wish the AEW star a quick and painless recovery while we’re at it.
