WWE RAW Results:
This week’s episode of Monday Night RAW kicks off with a recap of Saturday Night’s Main Event.
We see Jey Uso, Lyra Valkyria, Sami Zayn, Finn Balor, and JD McDonagh entering the venue for tonight’s broadcast.
Back in the arena, Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, and Paul Heyman make their way to the ring. Paul Heyman introduces everyone to Breakker, Reed, and Rollins. Seth Rollins says this is his vision and how they take control of the future of WWE, through complete power.
The crowd gets on Rollins and he doesn’t understand why they are questioning his integrity, reminding them that five minutes ago everyone in the arena was singing his song. The crowd responds by signing his song and Heyman just laughs. Rollins says the fans are morons and they don’t know what’s good for them.
Rollins says he’s the only person capable of leading WWE into the future. Seth says he’d be standing there right now with the World Heavyweight Championship if not for Sami Zayn and CM Punk. Rollins says Punk found out on Saturday what happens when you underestimate him. Rollins teases winning Money in the Bank in order to cash in and win the title. Seth says he’ll cash in whenever he wants on whoever he wants, and no one will be able to stop him.

Men’s Money in the Bank Qualifier: Chad Gable vs. Penta vs. Dragon Lee
- The finish of the match saw interference from El Hijo del Vikingo that led to Penta hitting the Penta Driver on Chad Gable to score the pinfall victory.
Winner: Penta
Penta joins Solo Sikoa and LA Knight in the Men’s Money in the Bank Match.

This was a very good match to kick things off tonight. Vikingo’s interference seemingly busted Gable open the hard way. I’m assuming it was the shoes he was wearing, but that certainly builds some heat for their match at Worlds Collide. Penta winning was the right call here.
Liv Morgan returns, and she’s not happy!
Backstage in The Judgment Day clubhouse, Roxanne Perez offers Dominik Mysterio more chicken nuggets. Liv Morgan returns, and Dominik looks like a deer in the headlights. Morgan says Raquel has been keeping her informed on everything that’s taken place while she’s been away and calls it interesting. Morgan says she’s going to go find Adam Pearce and get a Money in the Bank Qualifying match.
Finn Balor looks thrilled by everything that just went down as Dominik fakes excitement that Morgan is back in the fold.

Rusev vs. Akira Tozawa (w/ Maxxine Dupri)
- The finish of the match saw Rusev put Akira Tozawa in the Accolade to win the match via submission.
Winner: Rusev
After the match, Rusev doesn’t want to let go of the Accolade, which brings out Sheamus. The two face off, and Rusev backs down and leaves.

Grade: N/A
This match was less than a minute long. Just a quick squash for Rusev. Nothing here to really grade, in my opinion.
A pointless celebrity cameo from comedians Bert Kreischer and Tom Segura took place backstage. The less said about it, the better.
Sami Zayn and Jey Uso are in their locker room. Zayn is upset he didn’t go out and confront Seth Rollins and his faction earlier. Jey Uso says he needs to be smart about this, and the way to stick it to Rollins is to win his qualifier match tonight and keep Rollins out of the Money in the Bank match next month.
World Tag Team Championship: The New Day (c) vs. The Creed Brothers vs. War Raiders
- The finish of the match saw Xavier Woods roll up one of the Creed Brothers with a handful of tights to score the pinfall victory for his team.
Winners: And still World Tag Team Champions, The New Day

Fun tag match. I wish the tag division on RAW was deeper like SmackDown, but that doesn’t look to be changing anytime soon. I think it would probably be in WWE’s best interests to unify the tag titles again. It was probably a stupid decision to split them in the first place.
Liv Morgan will be in action tonight on WWE RAW
Backstage, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez make fun of IYO SKY and Kairi Sane. Sane isn’t in the mood and challenges Morgan to a match tonight. Morgan accepts.

Gunther interrupts Jey Uso… again!
World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso makes his way through the crowd to speak to the WWE Universe in the ring. Jey Uso says everyone is after the champ and hypes up his tag match at Money in the Bank when he and Cody Rhodes take on Logan Paul and John Cena.
Before he can get too deep into it, Gunther comes out and interrupts. The crowd reminds Gunther that he tapped out, and he doesn’t look thrilled. Gunther says he’s out there to congratulate Jey on the 15-year anniversary of his WWE debut and his successful defense against Paul at Saturday Night’s Main Event.
Gunther says he’s impressed that he’s held onto the title this long and says he has his hands full. The Ring General says being World Champion doesn’t come naturally to Uso because he cares about too many people, but Gunther only cares about himself.
Gunther says in two weeks, he’s going to relieve Uso of his position and take his title back by choking him out. Jey asks him if he’s done. Uso says he’s done with everyone saying his days as champion are numbered. Uso says he fights for his friends and family because they fight for him.
Jey says Gunther can go ahead and judge him, but what he’s fighting for is less than what he’s fighting for. Uso says at the end of the day, he fights for the fans’ support because in Phoenix, he’s gonna make Gunther tap out again.

Liv Morgan (w/ Raquel Rodriguez) vs. Kairi Sane
- The finish of the match saw Roxanne Perez get involved to try and help Liv Morgan. This led to an argument at ringside between Perez and Rodriguez that distracted Mogan, and she got rolled up by Kairi Sane for the win.
Winner: Kairi Sane

The match was good but a bit messy at spots. However, the finish lacked a lot of logic, and that kind of stuff just frustrates me a great deal. These two things prevented the grade from being higher.
Finn is enjoying the issues in The Judgment Day a great deal
Backstage, The Judgment Day are arguing. Raquel tries to place blame on Roxanne, but Liv says Raquel is the veteran and she should have known better and storms out. Meanwhile, Finn is grinning from ear to ear, enjoying the chaos.

Lyra Valkyria complains on WWE RAW
Women’s Intercontinental Champion Lyra Valkyria comes to the ring and complains about Becky Lynch getting herself another shot at her title. Valkyria says things are personal now, and at Money in the Bank, she’s going to hurt Lynch, and if that means bashing her head in, she’s going to do it.
Becky Lynch comes out and says she was done with Valkyria, but she had to go and cost her the Money in the Bank qualifier match. Valkyria says everyone is talking about her because she beat Becky. Lynch says at Money in the Bank, if she doesn’t defeat her, she’ll never challenge her for the title again. Valkyria agrees.
Lynch says she wasn’t finished. Lynch says that when she wins at Money in the Bank, Valkyria has to look her in the eyes and raise her hand like she did for her in NXT. Valkyria says she has no problem raising the hand of someone better than her, that just hasn’t been her yet.

Karrion Kross continues to play mind games with Sami Zayn
Sami Zayn is walking backstage and runs into Karrion Kross and Scarlett. Kross makes fun of Zayn for doing things the hard way instead of taking the out and going to SmackDown to get a guaranteed WWE Title shot. Kross tells Zayn he’ll never win the World Title. Zayn says he’ll deal with Kross later and storms off.

Men’s Money in the Bank Qualifier: Seth Rollins (w/ Paul Heyman) vs. Sami Zayn vs. Finn Balor
- The finish of the match was very overbooked. Sami Zayn hits the Helluva Kick on Seth Rollins but is pulled out by Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed before the three count. Jey Uso comes out to assist Zayn. Dominik Mysterio tosses a chair into the ring, but Rollins uses it to curb-stomp Finn Balor on it to score the pinfall victory.
Winner: Seth Rollins

Seth Rollins now joins Penta, Solo Sikoa, and LA Knight in the Men’s Money in the Bank Match.

After the match, CM Punk’s music hits, and Rollins sends Reed and Breakker up the aisle to meet him. Instead, Punk comes through the crowd, hits Rollins with a GTS, and runs back into the crowd as WWE RAW goes off the air.

WWE RAW Review:
This was an enjoyable show. No real complaints, to be honest. We got a good build for multiple matches at Money in the Bank, and with that event being next weekend, that’s certainly a good thing. It will be interesting to see what they do next week for their go-home show.
