On June 18, AEW taped content for Ring of Honor Wrestling at Arena Mexico in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, Mexico. These matches will air on next week’s Global Wars special.

Ring of Honor Wrestling Global Wars Mexico taped on June 18:
- Ring of Honor Television Champion Nick Wayne vs. Titan – Titan charged and hit a tope con hilo to the outside. Wayne cut him off and went for a move, but was hit with a small package for a close two count. Titan went for a submission, but the bell rang for a draw. The crowd chanted “Culero” again at Wayne as he escaped up the steps with his title. Good, entertaining match. Wayne is the perfect garbage villain.
- Ring of Honor Women’s World Champion Athena and Ring of Honor World Television Champion Red Velvet vs. CMLL Universal Amazons Champion Persephone and Thunder Rosa – Persephone looked very good in the ring opposite Athena. The ROH Champions double-teamed her in their corner. Thunder Rosa made the tag but was beaten down by the champs. Persephone made the save but was nailed with The O-Face by Athena. Rosa made a comeback and pinned Red Velvet to win the match.
- ROH Pure Champion Lee Moriarty with The Infantry and Shane Taylor vs. Blue Panther – Panther took down Lee with an armbar and forced him to tap out. The title was not on the line. The Infantry attacked Panther and stomped him. Taylor nailed a splash. Taylor went to the top, but out came BRYAN DANIELSON. He led the way for Hologram and others to make the save. Arena Mexico chanted YES. Bryan hit his running knee on Taylor. Danielson and Panther hugged to a massive ovation. Arena Mexico loved all of this.
What did Bryan Danielson have to say after Ring of Honor Global Wars concluded?
Danielson took the ring microphone and said thank you and that AEW loves Mexico. He said that he loves that ROH and AEW are in Arena Mexico. He praised Blue Panther and said that he loves it in Mexico and to have a great evening.
Danielson led YES chants to close the show, but Justin Roberts said they did not want the show to end. He then asked everyone to enjoy one more sing-along and played FINAL COUNTDOWN as Arena Mexico sang. Bryan Danielson made his way around the ring, greeting fans. There were some fans crying in the arena during this.
