Nikki Bella and Becky Lynch seemed to have developed a new friendship with each other.
While Bella was an active wrestler in WWE, she had little to no interaction with Lynch. But the two became colleagues once again when both were cast in Adam Sandler’s Happy Gilmore 2. That is where the two former WWE Women’s Champions bonded.
Recently, while speaking on the Nikki & Brie Show, Nikki Bella shared all the positive things that she took away from the set. One of the major things that she was grateful for was the friendship of Becky Lynch.

“Becky [Lynch] and I, we were talking about this, but like, how Becky and I got to connect. You [Brie Bella] and Becky always had more time together, before we had left and I never really got that with her. And she and I in those three weeks just became so close. And she’s just become such a good friend. I’ve taken that away from it [Happy Gilmore]. And I was telling her that. More than anything, to get that strong friendship out of it was so worth it. I love… And I told her how grateful I am always for her love, support, and advice.
“Like, things she’s done for me that she hasn’t. To meet up with me twice to wrestle around on our off day. Just different things. Becky is just so amazing. I appreciate that. And it was a moment in my life where I really needed laughter. And everyone was so good to me on set. You remember that. And so, I will be forever grateful for all of them. The whole production team, Adam, Happy Gilmore, everyone I worked with,” Nikki Bella said.
Nikki Bella recently teased that a major plot twist was being kept out of trailers for the film, which is available on Netflix now. However, Nikki also shared the unfortunate news that all of her speaking lines were cut from the film, and she found out at the worst possible time.
