Leon Slater (c) vs. Cedric Alexander vs. Jason Hotch (w/John Skyler & Tasha Steelz) – TNA X Division Championship Three-Way
- The finish of the match saw Slater plant Hotch with a Swanton 450 splash for the win.
Winner and still X Division Champion: Leon Slater
After the match, Cedric Alexander gets in Slater’s face because he didn’t get pinned. Both men exchange words before Cedric leaves the ring to Slater. It’s far from over between these two men.
Grade: B-
I know X Division has always been about speed and athleticism. Still, this match should’ve been given more time. There’s no doubt these three men would’ve killed if it wasn’t for time constraints. Having said that, Leon Slater versus Cedric Alexander seems to be the direction for Emergence and this writer wants to see the match.
Masha Slamovich backstage promo
We get Masha Slamovich in a backstage promo segment. Masha talks about her loss to Jacy Jayne for the TNA Knockouts World Championship at Slammiversary. She says she’ll take her title back when the two meet later on tonight.

Dani Luna & Indi Hartwell vs. Arianna Grace & Jody Threat
The finish of the match saw Dani Luna hit Jodi Threat with a Luna Landing for the win.
Winners: Dani Luna and Indi Hartwell
Grade: B+
Solid tag team action. Indi remains one of the more popular Knockouts in the division. The title win pop is going to be huge. Dani Luna and Jodi Threat have amazing chemistry. This writer would love to see more matches between the former tag team partners. As for Arianna, she didn’t do much but whatever she did was entertaining.
Jake Something sets his sight on TNA International Title
Jake Something talks about his win over Mance Warner from last week’s TNA iMPACT. Something says he wants a shot at the TNA International Championship. The champion Steve Maclin shows up and the camera fades to commercial.
The Rascalz (Myron Reed & Zachary Wentz) vs. The Nemeths (Nic Nemeth & Ryan Nemeth)
- The finish of the match saw Zachary Wentz plant Ryan Nemeth with a Spiral Tap for the win.
Winners: The Rascalz
Grade: A-
This match got really good towards the end. Myron Reed hitting Nic Nemeth with a cutter to the outside was a thing of beauty. With their win over The Nemeths, The Rascalz are firmly in position to challenge for the TNA World Tag Team Championship somewhere down the line.
The Nemeths have something to say…
The Nemeths refuse to leave the ring. Nic says the tag team titles were stolen from them. He says no tag team will ever be good as the brothers. Nic invokes the tag team title rematch clause for TNA Emergence. Ryan cries over their loss at Slammiversary. He mocks the Rhode Island crowd by saying they don’t even have a sports team.
Music hits and it’s the Home Town Man. The masked star says he was enjoying his food backstage till he heard The Nemeths speak. HTM tells Ryan to apologize to the people. The Nemeths try to reveal HTM’s identity but he sings his song over them. The crowd joins. Nic tells HTM to get out. HTM avoids a hit from Ryan but Nic jumps him. The brothers rip off HTM’s mask. The commentary team says it’s Cody Deaner. Security jumps to cover HTM’s face but Nic takes two of the men out with double superkick. The Rascalz arrive to send Nemeths backstage as the segment caps off to commercial.
Frankie Kazarian backstage promo
Frankie Kazarian recalls old times in TNA. He talks about the disrespect at the hands of the management. Kaz says he isn’t just a wrestler, he’s the “King of TNA.”

Santana says he’s always fought back. He fought back after his father died. Santana walks slowly to the side of the ring. He recalls seeing his daughter’s tears after his loss at TNA Slammiversary. Santana gets emotional. He says his daughter told him he’d get his hands on Trick Williams. Santana drops an f bomb before telling the world he’ll become the TNA World Champion.

Ali proceeds to introduce the newest member of Order 4, the head of his Secret Service, Agent Zero. He asks the crowd if they want to see him as the new TNA World Champion. The fans boo. Ali gets angry and starts calling out the fans for supporting Mike Santana and Joe Hendry.
Say his name and he appears. Joe Hendry cuts a promo on Order 4. He mocks John Skylar by showing a footage of Skylar from backstage. It’s a puppet with Skylar’s mask. Hendry says Skylar bought Hendry’s new merch. He also bought Mustafa Ali’s merch only to wipe his ass with it. Hendry then challenges Ali to a match. Ali declines. Hendry says they’ll meet next week on TNA iMPACT.
Sami Callihan challenges Mike Santana to a match at TNA Emergence

Next week on TNA iMPACT
The following matches were announced during tonight’s show:
- Steve Maclin (c) vs. Jake Something – TNA International Championship
- M & Heather by Elegance vs. Lei Ying Lee & Xia Brookside
- Jacy Jayne (c) vs. Ash by Elegance – TNA Knockouts World Championship

Moose & Eddie Edwards (w/Alisha Edwards) vs. Trick Williams & AJ Francis (w/ KC Navarro)
- The finish of the match saw Moose hit Trick Williams with a spear for the win.
Winners: Moose and Eddie Edwards
Overall Grade: B-
A solid main event to cap off what otherwise was an underwhelming episode of TNA iMPACT. Moose pinning Trick Williams adds intrigue to the world title picture. Moose did what Santana and Joe Hendry have been trying to do for months: pin Trick Williams. With Bound for Glory still two months down the line, will we see Moose challenge for the TNA World Championship? Time will tell.
