Torrie Wilson Reveals Why Her Dog Chloe Stopped Traveling With Her In WWE

Torrie Wilson says her dog, Chloe, loved making towns, but there’s a good reason she took her off the road.

Chloe was a regular fixture on WWE TV during Torrie Wilson’s tenure with the company. Wilson’s dog was so popular that she had her own WWE Superstar page and an action figure.

Wilson recently spoke with WrestleZone’s Matt Black and said Chloe was a great travel companion that loved being on the road. However, Chloe’s run on the road came to an end after she accidentally got started by pyro in the arena.

“No, actually, she loved being on the road with me,” Torrie Wilson explained. “She was the best traveler. Because at such a young age, I traveled with her. If I just leave her bag on the ground, she literally would sit in her bag all day. Even if we were at home. Like, ‘I’m ready to go, mom.’

“But then, there was a point where I walked out with her, and pyro went off, and it freaked her out,” Wilson noted. “And that kind of ended her coming out with me.”

Wilson isn’t the only WWE Superstar to say that dogs and pyro don’t mix. Cody Rhodes once had an issue with his dog, Pharaoh, getting spooked by the ‘mortar’ pyro while he was in AEW. (Like Chloe, Pharaoh also got his own WWE action figure in 2024.) It’s also well-known that dogs don’t like fireworks, either, as highlighted by a past July 4 Tweet from AJ Lee.

Wilson announced that Chloe passed away in 2020. Wilson had Chloe for 17 years. At the time, she called Chloe her “ride or die” and credited the dog for being with her for “some of my darkest days & rode with me thru alllll the fun.”
