Dustin Rhodes is preparing for a long road to recovery as he undergoes double knee replacement surgery later this month.
Rhodes announced earlier this month that the damage in both of his knees is so bad that both of them need to be replaced. This will put the former TNT Champion on the shelf for quite some time.
Dustin Rhodes took to social media today to provide an update on his impending surgery, tweeting out:
“Pre Op work being done on my knees today. Iovera shots in the nerves hurts like a bitch. But now my knees feel no pain at the moment. Can’t wait for August 21st to get here. Tired of this pain. *praying hands emoji* Plus the hole in my leg is almost healed thank God,” Dustin said in a post.
Rhodes is scheduled to have surgery on August 21.
On behalf of everyone here at WrestleZone, we wish Dustin Rhodes a quick and painless recovery.
