Here’s an overall review of Saturday night’s episode of Collision courtesy of our live coverage page…
AEW Collision Review:
For a live episode of Collision, nothing about this show felt must-see from an in-ring standpoint. The best thing on the show was the main event, and the rest of the night was very much a mixed bag. One week away from Full Gear, I honestly expected more from tonight’s show than what we got. It felt like AEW punted, which doesn’t make a lot of sense when you aren’t up against any wrestling competition and you have a big show in a week, but it is what it is.
As a normal night of wrestling, the show was perfectly acceptable. But a week before Full Gear? I feel like AEW needed to give us something more tonight than what we got. The main event saved this grade from being lower.
Grade: B
