TKO Executive Comments On The Future Of WWE’s Video Archive

A TKO executive has commented on the future of WWE‘s video archive once it leaves Peacock.

Yesterday, it was reported by Fightful Select that the WWE video library would be leaving Peacock at the end of 2026. While the future home of WWE’s extensive video catalog is currently unknown, there are those within the company who believe it will eventually be rolled out on YouTube across WWE’s many channels on the platform.

TKO President Mark Shapiro recently took part in the UBS Global Media & Communications Conference (via F4WOnline). When asked about the future of WWE’s video library and the future home of NXT premium live events when they leave Netflix next year, Shapiro said they are currently working on a non-exclusive deal and hope to have something to announce in the first quarter of 2026.

As far as the NXT premium live events, Shapiro stated the company is in no rush to secure a new deal and plan to be “deliberate and thoughtful” with the process. NXT premium live events will continue to air on Peacock until March 2026.
