The recent vignettes between Maxxine Dupri and Nattie on RAW have captured the attention of the WWE Universe.

The vignettes stood out because they were noticeably different from everything else seen on weekly WWE programming. And now a new report has revealed who was behind them.

According to Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp (via Fightful Select), WWE Director of Character Development Rob Fee is the one responsible for filming these vignettes. Fee had a history of working with Bray Wyatt during his time with the company.

As far as the backstage reception to these vignettes, Sapp states that there has been a lot of positive feedback surrounding them. With one talent noting they were happy to see the company doing something with both women, as they are thought of highly by their peers on a personal level.

These videos have been the WWE Universe’s true introduction to the Nattie character, which she’s been featuring outside the company over the last several months. It’s currently unknown when WWE intends to debut Nattie in the ring on RAW.
