Seth Rollins says he won’t be in Saudi Arabia for the 2026 Royal Rumble. He might be upset as a pro wrestler, but he has a more important job he’ll be doing on Saturday.
Many fans have speculated that Rollins, who is currently sidelined with a shoulder injury, could make his return at the Rumble. Rollins previously said he hopes to start training in time for WrestleMania. He recently downplayed the rumors about a Rumble appearance, but said he’s still on track and could return “sooner than later.”
Rollins appeared on the Sal Licata Show to promote the 2026 WWE Royal Rumble in Saudi Arabia. During the show, Rollins definitively said he won’t be in Saudi Arabia for the Royal Rumble. Instead, he will be at home on daddy duty, taking care of his daughter, Roux.
“I’m not going to lie to you, the time of the event kinda runs into my daughter’s Saturday activities,” Rollins said. “So, while the wife is away, I’m solo dadding. Responsibilities are responsibilities, you know? She’s got her dance class, she’s got her gymnastics class, so I’ll be doing that. I might have [the Royal Rumble] on the phone while [her class] is going on, but we’ll see how it goes.”
So there you have it. Seth Rollins says he will be at home with his daughter on Saturday, cheering Becky Lynch on in the Royal Rumble.
Then again, Rollins also said he blew his own credibility after faking an injury last summer… ?
