John Cena proved he really is the GOAT during a recent interaction with a fan.
Cena appeared at Megacon Orlando over the weekend and took part in a fan Q&A session. During the panel, a fan dressed in Cena gear shared some unfortunate news, sharing that he has stage 4 cancer. He also had a spinal fusion and a brain tumor, but Cena was the one person who inspired him to fight.
The fan said he recently got more bad news, sharing that he needs more surgery, and simply asked Cena for a hug.
“Absolutely,” Cena said, as he walked off stage to greet the man. Cena hugged the man and spoke with him for several moments off-mic as the room erupted in applause. Cena took a photo with the man and had another brief embrace before returning to the stage.
The post has more than 1 million views on Twitter/X, and it’s easy to see why.
