Liv Morgan has revenge on her mind… and a gnarly-looking knot on her head.
Morgan had fans worried after she took a vicious-looking impact on the April 6, 2026, episode of WWE RAW. The injury occurred during a backstage segment involving Morgan, Roxanne Perez, and Stephanie Vaquer. Morgan thanked Perez for helping her last week, but Vaquer ran in and attacked both of them before the conversation could continue.
Vaquer rushed in and shoved Morgan toward Perez, who took the brunt of the impact as they smacked heads. The contact was audible, and both of them dropped to the ground right away, leaving fans worried that they were both seriously hurt.
Morgan and Perez are reportedly in concussion protocol due to the incident. Now, Morgan has revealed the nasty-looking lump on her forehead as a result.
“You’re mine now b**ch,” Morgan wrote on Twitter/X, along with a middle finger emoji.
Liv Morgan is still scheduled to challenge Stephanie Vaquer for the WWE Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 42.
