Danhausen Challenged To WWE WrestleMania 42 Handicap Match

Danhausen has been challenged for a Handicap match at WWE WrestleMania 42.

Despite getting mixed reactions during his debut at Elimination Chamber, Danhausen went on to become quite famous among the WWE Universe. He’s cursed a few superstars over the past few weeks. While his curse has already led IShowSpeed to get a match and booked Dominik Mysterio a clash with the Demon King at WrestleMania 42, it appears it will also lead the Very Nice, Very Evil star to make his in-ring debut at the PLE.

Kit Wilson and The Miz have been feeling the effects of Danhausen’s curse over the past few weeks, and they also lost their opportunity to win the WWE Tag Team Championship due to his interference. With only a few days left for the event, Wilson spoke on Complex’s Graps Podcast and challenged Danhausen to face him and The Miz in a Handicap match at WrestleMania 42.

“Also, it’s a two-nighter, so on the second night, The Miz, Kit Wilson, taking on Danhausen and Danhausen alone. This man has been talking all this; he’s been doing all this (the cursed gesture). I want to see this guy in the ring. I like him; he’s entertaining, but don’t interrupt me. Don’t mess with me, don’t mess with my business. So I think me and The Miz need to handle some business,” Wilson said.

Danhausen commented on what he wants out of his in-ring debut

Speaking on a recent episode of the RAW Recap, Danhausen noted that he hopes to make his WWE in-ring debut soon, because it would mean two very important things would follow: more money and having his face on the production truck.

“I hope [I make my in-ring debut] soon. So far, I’m just going through and cursing some fellows. [I] tried to make some friends, possibly setting up some matches so I can win! And then that gives me more money, and then it gives me a more likely chance to get on the truck.”

When asked why the WWE production truck is so important, he said, “Yeah, I think that’s good because if I get on the truck, then people see me on the truck and they know who Danhausen is. They’ll take a picture of my face and Google me,” he said. “And then [besides] the truck, I should be on the Sphere in Las Vegas. The whole Sphere should be Danhausen.”
