A friendly face is Andrade El Idolo’s latest selfie subject.
Ringside selfies have become a staple of Andrade El Idolo’s performances in recent months, with the likes of Jazmin Allure, Aysha, and Sofia Sivan all snapping photos with the AEW star while seated in the front row. This week, Andrade shared a selfie during a trios match on AEW Dynamite. The other person in it? Artist Mel Coleman.
Over on X, Coleman revealed herself as the latest lucky fan to grab a photo with Andrade. “How else do you expect me to paint all the details in my masterpieces?” she wrote alongside the smiling image of herself and Andrade.
As an artist, Coleman currently works with Pro Wrestling Tees and All Elite Wrestling. Last year, she famously made an oil painting of then-TNT Champion and Kyle Fletcher and Don Callis, both of whom emerged jacked in the official reveal on Dynamite.
As of this writing, it’s unclear if Coleman’s AEW appearance will follow with an artwork of Andrade El Idolo, another member of the Don Callis Family. This week, Andrade, along with Mark Davis and Konosuke Takeshita, went on to win their trios match over the team of Bandido, Darby Allin, and Jack Perry.
In the past, Andrade’s selfies have featured a mix of stars from the independent wrestling and entertainment businesses. According to Callis, that type of photo is worth “sixty dollars Canadian!”
