Liv Morgan Credits This WWE Moment For Changing Her Life Forever

Liv Morgan has had plenty of big moments in her career. This one might rank near the top for her.

Morgan spoke with Paper Magazine ahead of WrestleMania 42, where she will challenge Stephanie Vaquer for the Women’s World Championship at WrestleMania 42 night one. Morgan was asked if she’s had a “light switch moment” that showed her WWE would change her life forever. Liv said just getting signed was originally enough validation, as was getting called up to SmackDown. She also said that beating Ronda Rousey after winning Money in the Bank was incredibly meaningful.

“I feel like I’ve had a couple moments where I knew my life was going to change forever,” Morgan said. “When I won the Money in the Bank match and beat Ronda Rousey for my very first ever championship, that was also a very pivotal moment for me. I was like, holy shit. I just beat all these other women in this Money in the Bank match. And I just defeated Ronda fucking Rousey for my first-ever WWE Championship.

“I grew up as just another fan in the stands, just like our audience. And so to have this moment of intense, intense accomplishment and achievement was very surreal to me,” she added.

Liv Morgan also enjoyed getting revenge

Morgan also said that her Revenge Tour against Rhea Ripley and everything that followed was also big, as it showed her how she could evolve as a performer.

“That was another moment where I just was like, I feel like I might be tapping into something different and new and something that I needed to tap into.”

Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez were reportedly put in concussion protocol after a collision on RAW last week. However, subsequent reports claimed that WWE was optimistic that both would be cleared ahead of WrestleMania.
