WATCH: WWE Celebrity Jelly Roll Lights Up Disabled Fan In Emotional Encounter

Jelly Roll recently had a wholesome interaction with a fan.

The singer and rapper was outside Jimmy Kimmel Live! when he learned that he had inspired a disabled child to start singing. The child’s mother showed Jelly Roll a video of her son performing, which prompted an emotional reaction from him.

After hearing that they would be attending his show, Jelly Roll promised to give them the full treatment. The heartfelt moment was captured by TMZ cameras.

This is not the first time Jelly Roll has been told he has inspired someone. TNA star Xia Brookside previously shared that his music helped her through both highs and lows.

While Jelly Roll may be popular with mainstream audiences, wrestling fans do not seem to share the same enthusiasm. His involvement in a high-profile WrestleMania program drew significant criticism on social media.

For those unaware, Roll was inserted into the Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton feud after making his WWE SmackDown in-ring debut. He even took an RKO out of nowhere from Orton in the lead-up to WrestleMania 42.

Jelly Roll was reportedly scheduled for a tag team match at Backlash but pulled out of the program, along with Pat McAfee, who was also heavily criticized for his involvement in the main event of WrestleMania 42 Saturday.

In a vlog following the PLE, Roll acknowledged the backlash and suggested that he and McAfee might be better off staying outside the wrestling bubble. It remains to be seen whether either man will make a future appearance in WWE.
