The Bella Twins are one of the biggest tag teams in WWE‘s history, and a music video from almost over two decades ago shows them before they were the popular team they are now.
Fans recently found Brie and Nikki in a surprising place. The duo appeared in the rock band Atreyu’s music video for their 2004 song “Right Side of the Bed.” In the video, the duo are barely seen as Atreyu performs on stage. However, the camera cuts over to them a handful of times as roses fly through the air around them.
Speaking to Louder Sound in an interview in 2025, Atreyu frontman Brandon Saller actually revealed that the duo weren’t known at all at the time of their inclusion in the video. He joked that they were two of several people who have gone on to have big careers after they appeared in a music video for the band.
“The Bella Twins weren’t even The Bella Twins yet,” said Saller. “Again, the director just cast them because he wanted some twins in there, but I will say that a lot of people who have worked with us in various ways have gone on to insanely big things. Atreyu are like a lucky charm!”
Of course, now the duo are legendary in WWE. The duo are often credited with helping the WWE women’s division grow into what it is now. After appearing with the company from 2007-2012, the sisters returned from 2013-2016, and then returned again in 2025. Currently, Brie Bella is one-half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, alongside Paige.
