Danhausen claps back.
WWE star Danhausen isn’t shy about spreading his curse, with fellow WWE stars, broadcasters, and sports teams being on the receiving end of it. On Wednesday night, the curse then spread to a WWE fan on social media.
After Danhausen stood up for former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Piper Niven in an X/Twitter exchange, one user interjected by calling the “very nice, very evil” star a “Knockoff R-Truth.” The same user also claimed that R-Truth was “no longer making appearances” on WWE television.
In response, Danhausen pointed out R-Truth’s current status as a champion in WWE, then put his famous curse on the fan.
“He is quite literally one half of the current tag team champions,” Danhausen wrote on X. “Apparently your brain is no longer making appearances!”
While both comedic characters in WWE, Danhausen and R-Truth find themselves in separate storylines. In Danhausen’s case, he is coming off a tag team victory against The Miz and Kit Wilson at WWE Backlash. Meanwhile, R-Truth reigns as one half of the WWE Tag Team Champions alongside Damian Priest.
Priest and R-Truth claimed the titles in late March. Since then, they’ve successfully defended the championships against Nathan Frazer and Axiom, JC Mateo and Tama Tonga, Wilson and Miz, and Grayson Waller and The Miz. During the title match Miz-Wilson and Priest-Truth, Danhausen accidently cursed the referee, causing his arm to become weakened.
