John Cena Takes on New Role as ‘Breaducator’ for Nature’s Own

WWE legend John Cena has become the “Breaducator.”

Nature’s Own, one of the largest producers of packaged bakery foods in the United States, has signed actor and retired WWE star John Cena as the official “Breaducator” for their multi-platform marketing campaign to spread the word about their brand refresh and recipe overhaul.

Nature’s Own announced via press release that it is updating its entire product line (bread, buns, and rolls) to feature up to 38% fewer ingredients than before. Additionally, its full portfolio is now Non-GMO Project Verified. “Nature’s Own is bread done right. ‘Real. Soft. Bread.’ Now made with simpler ingredients,” John Cena said in the release. “Time to show people what’s in their loaf. Time to breaducate.”

“Our brand embodies real, simple goodness, and John Cena is the perfect partner to bring that message to life. He’s authentic; he’s entertaining; and families love him. We couldn’t ask for a better Breaducator to tell our simpler, Non-GMO Project Verified story,” said Krystle Farlow, senior director of brand management for Nature’s Own.

John Cena plays the “Breaducator” in the advertisement, who hilariously interrupts grocery shoppers to teach them about the brand’s simpler ingredients and what goes into their bread.

The 17-time WWE Champion recently appeared at the Backlash PLE, where he announced the John Cena Classic Tournament.
