Brock Lesnar explains he draws a firm boundary when it comes to fan interactions during family time.
Appearing on Spittin Chiclets, the former multi-time WWE Champion said he does not take photos with fans when he is attending his children’s events because he wants to give his family his full attention.
“When I’m at my kids’ events, I’m just Dad. I have to draw a line, and I do. I started doing that years ago. If I’m with my family, I don’t take pictures, and I’m sorry for that. I appreciate all the fans who have followed me over the years, but I’m a human being. I’m a dad and a husband, and my kids deserve my full attention whenever I can give it to them,” Lesnar said.
Brock Lesnar is grateful for his fans
He added that most fans are respectful of that boundary and noted that he does not want to be treated as anything other than a regular person who pursued his dreams with passion and determination.
“People are generally very understanding. Maybe one out of a million isn’t cool with it, but most people get it. I’m grateful for everyone who has supported me throughout my career. At the same time, I don’t want to be dehumanized. I’m just another guy who had a dream and a passion. That’s all it takes. You have to want something really bad.”
Brock Lesnar recently took part in a rare meet and greet appearance, which drew a large crowd in rural Canada. He was most recently seen in action at WWE Clash in Italy, where he defeated Oba Femi after hitting a seventh F5. Speaking of Femi, The Ruler teased a third match with The Beast while kicking off WWE RAW in Paris, France, this past Monday.
