Hulk Hogan‘s Florida home continues to see its price fall as the family of the WWE legend looks to sell several of his properties.
According to a new report from Realtor, the price of Hogan’s second longtime Florida home has seen its price dip by $600,000. This takes the price of the home from $4.5 million down to $3.9 million, according to records filed and seen by Realtor.
The second home is located right next to Hogan’s other home, a much larger compound in Clearwater, Florida. Hogan’s larger home is also for sale, and was listed for just under $11 million following his death last year. That home has also seen a price drop over the last year, and is now listed at $9 million.
Hogan purchased the larger home in 2012 for $3.33 million, and added the secondary property for $1.6 million in 2016. Both properties are connected right to the beach, allowing those who might be looking at buying both homes a chance to pick up a beautiful beachfront view.
Hogan passed in July 2025 inside the larger of the two homes. According to recent updates from police in Florida, his death has officially been ruled as having been caused by natural causes, with no foul play considered in the matter.
