A major grudge match has officially been added to WWE Night of Champions. Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker are now set to collide inside a steel cage on June 27.
The match became official during the June 15 episode of Monday Night Raw after Breakker responded to Rollins’ latest challenge.
The announcement marks another chapter in one of WWE’s most personal rivalries.
While both men have already traded victories, betrayals, and plenty of punishment, neither side appears willing to let the issue rest just yet.
Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker take rivalry inside Steel Cage at Night of Champions
The road to this match began months ago when Breakker and Bronson Reed turned on Rollins and forced him out of his own faction, The Vision. What started as an alliance quickly became an all-out war, with Paul Heyman later emerging as a key figure behind the split.
Since then, the feud has featured brutal confrontations on Raw. Breakker repeatedly targeted Rollins with devastating spears, while Rollins answered with steel chair attacks of his own. Their conflict only intensified after WrestleMania 42 and Backlash, where outside interference and faction involvement continued to influence the outcome.
Most recently, Rollins managed to score a victory in a chaotic singles encounter after Breakker accidentally took himself out while attempting to spear Rollins. However, any hopes of closure were quickly stomped out. The Vision continued to insert itself into Rollins’ business, including costing him a critical King of the Ring opportunity.
That frustration led Rollins to demand a steel cage match at Night of Champions. The stipulation should keep outside interference to a minimum. Moreover, it could finally force both rivals to settle their differences face-to-face.
Breakker accepted the challenge during a backstage segment on Raw. He claimed he had already destroyed Rollins’ vision and accused the former world champion of relying on deception.
With the cage now locked in, both men will head to Saudi Arabia for what could be the decisive chapter in their rivalry. For Rollins and Breakker, there will be nowhere to run, nowhere to hide, and no easy escape once the cage door shuts.
