Another Live Raw Fan Report: More on NXT’s Rookie Attack
The crowd was pretty dang dead most of the night and large portion in my section left about an hour in. I guess no wrestling (i don’t include diva botchfests either) means they didn’t want to stay? Crowd was lively for MVP on the tron and big show and Jericho. Bret appeared to have some issues on the mic, but teddy long stepped in and helped. Sheamus got no response from the dead arena. Diva Botchfest didn’t even follow the over the top rules as a couple divas went thru the ropes. However Gail Kim caught an amazing hurricaranna! There was a ton of kids in the audience…. a TON! I’m starting to understand their PG rating more and more. A great deal of the shocked looks on the audience at the end was a lot of them seemed to either have no idea what was going on. A bunch of sections left in a huff as they seemed to think this wasn’t appropriate for the night and didn’t give much care for the NXT crew or why they did it. Came out looking amazing on tv i’d guess! This is the four raw event i’ve gone too where Jericho has pretty much ignored fans before the event. He also (from what security guard said) parked in the wrong spot blocking spaces and part of one of the entrance ways. Apparently this is common for him? A couple signings afterwards including mysterio! Great guy!
