#5.) Eliminating Braun Strowman at the Royal Rumble 2017
Royal Rumble 2017 had one of the most star-studded line-ups in history and at the Alamodome, the main event saw Braun Strowman come out, only to start eliminating superstars left and right. Baron Corbin had survived and after a three-on-one attack, Corbin sent Strowman packing in what was probably the best elimination of the night.
Fans were shocked in a pleasant way as Corbin eliminated Strowman. Strowman was dominating up to that point, so to see him go as early as he did definitely took people by surprise. Although looking at it later, it wasn’t too big a surprise that Corbin got the elimination. He was being groomed to be a top heel on SmackDown Live while Strowman was being groomed for RAW. It seemed like they were the two next big stars in WWE.
