Sami Callihan and Dean Ambrose are no strangers to one another. Back in his days as Jon Moxley, Ambrose crossed paths with Callihan on more than one occasion, teaming up with him and facing him too. However, with Callihan in Impact Wrestling now, a lot of things have changed.
Moreover, the two competitors are very different from what they used to be when they did cross paths in CZW. Ambrose hasn’t had a match like that in years, while Callihan is notorious for his hardcore antics and brutalizing victims. Whether in Impact Wrestling or the independents, they could have a throwback hardcore match, bringing out the side of Ambrose that we haven’t seen in years.
