#3.) Give the talent a measure of creative freedom
One of the major things that Cody Rhodes knows about all too well is the feeling of creative frustration. From being told one thing, plans would often change and storylines would change in the last minute and more often than not, suggestions to creative would be ignored. He’s also well aware that the best way to let talent shine is to let them be themselves.
While 100% creative control has been historically proven to be a bad thing, giving a measure of creative control will allow the talent to organically blossom and be the best version of themselves. Moreover, it’ll help get the crowd invested when they can visibly see the performers enjoying themselves.
