RAW, SmackDown Live Go Home In Style Heading Into WWE Super Show-Down

Smackdown is heading into Australia firing on all cylinders at all levels of the card.

Samoa Joe vs. AJ Styles has all the emotion needed from a big fight and is genuinely tough to predict at this point. Joe could easily come out of Australia with the WWE Championship and ascend to the top spot in the business he has chased since he seemed so destined for greatness when he burst on the scene more than a decade ago.

Down the card, Tuesday’s continues to be littered with exceptional storytelling.

R-Truth and Carmella are a fantastic pair that the crowd loves. They are able to steal the show when they get in the ring and really help boost any performer that gets in there with them. Last week it was The Miz, this week is was Andrade “Cien” Almas and Zelina Vega, who knows who these two will help elevate next week.

The Miz and Daniel Bryan have maybe the most intriguing match on the Show-Down card as one of them will get a shot at the WWE Championship. The Miz vs. Styles or Daniel Bryan vs. Joe could make for very interesting TV and could take the show in a number of ways heading into WrestleMania season.

The Rusev, Aiden English, Lana triangle is perfect for where it is on the card and hopefully can help build Rusev back up a little by drawing more eyes to him. And the tag team work between The Bar and The New Day continues to excel, but the real scene stealer every week lies in the battle for the Smackdown Women’s Championship.

Becky Lynch as a tweener has been exactly the boost that her career needed. It seemed they may have rushed the belt onto her, but that is not the case. She is a megastar (as are all the Four Horsewomen) and is showing it week in and week out right now.

Charlotte Flair, of course, keeps up just fine. While the WWE brass might be looking for a way to make Rousey the main event of Evolution, there is little doubt the hottest thing in the women’s division right now is these two and they should headline that show.

Looking forward to being up before the sun Saturday to watch these two go at it.
