Wrestlezone’s Top 10: Forgettable Superstars of the Decade

Number 7: Daniel Puder

October 2004-January 2005

Daniel Puder

Surrounded by controversy, Daniel Puder entered the Tough Enough competition on Smackdown in 2004. He would go on to win the competition amidst controversy about his mentality. He would accept a challenge from Kurt Angle and go kayfabe. He locked in an armlock and almost made Angle tap out. Jimmy Korderas, doing his job, made a quick 3 count as Puder’s shoulders were on the mat. It broke the story and broke what was supposed to happen. Puder ended up winning the Tough Enough contest, but would decline an offer from WWE in the beginning of 2005. What was the point of him doing the contest anyways? It was filled with speculation, hear-say, and extreme immaturity on his behalf. Good riddance, fool.
