Wrestlezone’s Top 10: Worst WWE Pay Per View Names

8. WWE Bragging Rights

If WWE needed newer names, they should not have asked 12 year old boys what they get for beating their friend in a video game. WWE Bragging rights was WWE's last ditch attempt at trying to create rivalries between Raw and Smackdown. The event lasted for two years, in 2009 and 2010. Pittsburgh and Minneapolis held the events, which was Raw and Smackdown competing for a trophy. Pittsburgh only witnessed 5 matches that night because Cena and Orton went one hour in an Anything Goes Ironman Match. It was a decent match for a guy like Cena, but the crowd died pretty early in the night when they had to watch a 6 divas match. Bragging Rights was a really poor attempt at trying to make rivals. Rivalries need to be created because of hatred, because of storylines, and not because the event coming up is named "Bragging Rights."
